Can we get more info on Vote 146 here as well?

Also (@gabo), Vote 147 - would be nice to cover proposal with some documentation (audit published, some sort of explanations for us non devs (eg. what were expanses for dnssimple 1& password)) to get more understanding on this 14k usd expanse

Hey @ivglavas,

Vote 146 is described in the ipfs doc attached

In consideration of the services provided by Cryptobuilders and as general reimbursement for expenses, we propose a payment of 3 ETH per week in consideration of vote #145 . A vault disbursement will be submitted for governance vote every four weeks until the expiration of the agreement. The amount of ETH will be adjusted if the four-week average USD price of ETH drops below $83.34, or rises above $333.33. Coincap.io will be the price oracle of record for these purposes. The first disbursement will be executed with this vote and covers the four weeks beginning April 20th, 2020, and ending May 17th, 2020.

You just have to use an ipfs gateway. https://cloudflare-ipfs.com/ipfs/[hash]

Is the legal assessment by Brown Rudnick LLP available for viewing somewhere for stakeholders?

I hope the legal assesment is for Coinbase Asset Hub!

Reaching out to Brown Rudnick to request their written consent to the disclosure of the assessment with PieDAO members.
